Due to the nature of our products we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Personal Care products cannot be returned. If the item you received was damaged or the wrong item, in this incident you have 7 days to contact us regarding the issue and we will refund you.

To start a refund, you can contact us at Sultrysweetsselflove@gmail.com Please include a picture as well as a description of the item as it was received. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you an email regarding the process of your refund and/or a tracking number of your new order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replace Items

If an item arrives damaged due to the fault of SultrySweets , please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package IS required.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit.
